The Charles Warner Memorial Trust may be able to help.

 

The objective of the trust is to assist young people, in ways that they would otherwise be unable to afford:

·        to pursue their education (including the study of music and the arts)

·        to provide themselves with tools, instruments or books

·        to undertake travel in furtherance of their education

·        to prepare for and enter a profession, trade occupation or service

 

In previous years the trustees have made individual awards of up to £500 but amounts vary according to the merit of the application, the number of applications and the discretion of the trustees.

 

Applications are invited from young people who will be up to 25 years old but have not reached their 26th birthday by 1st May 2019.they must live, have attended school or work within 'the ancient ecclesiastical parish of Farnham royal' which includes areas of slough on both sides of the Farnham Road, Britwell and much of the trading estate, as well as Farnham Royal and Farnham Common.
